Biggest problem is the noise the vacume makes- twice each cycle. Low water light comes on briefly as door is closed!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When ours fails, we automatically change the seal now, we&amp;#39;re probably doing this once a month and at &amp;pound;46 + VAT, its not cheap.&amp;nbsp; I did have a pop at the Burtons folk at BSAVA and they&amp;#39;ve said they&amp;#39;ll come up &amp;amp; look cos it shouldn&amp;#39;t be doing this.&lt;/p&gt;

We are constantly having them out to look at it for one reason ro another, I think it was made on a friday afternoon. WE are writing a letter of complaint to the manager.
