I filed complaints against local builders - for not having planning permission, noise and fly tipping in our bins!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sadly builders spke no English and really didnt get the bin thing, that lorries with engines running at 6.30am in a residential street not allowed. The planning was just a nice little finale. &lt;p&gt;Our street is quite a small cul de sac and I was just being impatient, the builders were up a three storeys of scaffolding and I thought I had enough room...obviously didn&amp;#39;t &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Ashamed_smiley.png" alt="Embarrassed" /&gt; Can&amp;#39;t wait til they all naff off!!&lt;/p&gt;
