I don't think I look moody but I also don't smile without a reason. I've just never been the type of person to smile for no reason and, frankly, I am suspicious of people that are always grinning.

I get told a lot to "cheer up, it might never happen" or "Oh FFS, put a smile on yer face"

[/quote]

Oh the number of times I've been told this!!!

It does annoy me. it especially got to me in December last year and January. Mum died on Dec 21st and brother was in hosp with grade 4 pancreatitis from 14-27th december so, yeah, I was in a bad mood and tired and angry but it didn't affect how I worked, I just couldn't bring myself to smile.

"Cheer up, it might never happen!" Well it just did so you can take your judgemental comments and stick them where the sun don't shine!

Why would I smile for no reason anyway??? I smile when I'm happy, I frown when I'm grumpy or angry, but most of the time I'm neither of those just getting on with the everyday.

Would you like me to smile like a Cheshire cat while discussing your dogs' castration procedure with you or would you like me to take it seriously??
