Agree with above, how do they know they? I was told in my appraisal that my attitude was upsetting senior staff members. This had been left to fester for months, I had no idea!! I was in the middle of exams and, truthfully, i was very stressed out. I had no idea of how I was coming across or that I was upsetting people. I think you should tell the people/person, they can't change if they don't know what they are doing wrong :-)

Yes, it does happen...sad, really. It reflects very poorly on the person who is behaving very badly. On the other hand, how do we know they should know better? perhaps nobody's told them...
