GO FOR IT!!!

I haven't been to Cheetah Outreach but I did do a 2 weeks volunteer with Cheetah Experience which is also in South Africa but and they are a breeding project. and it was AMAZING!!! not sure if you have already done short volunteer stints but you learn so much and the people there are really dedicated. It is quiet hard work tho (but prob vary from place) as was alway mending and modifying enclosures, but all worth if when you get some down time with a cheetah and get cuddles

actually that was complete rubbish!!! it was on the cheetah outreach facebook page so if you like it im sure you will see the advert on there!

i think it was zoowork.blogspot.com....i have them on facebook and it was there i saw it but i imagine it will be on the website also. ill see if i can paste a link xx

Just seen them post that they are looking for a fulltime nurse....paid position.

I took over my current job from a vn who goes out every year to co-ordinate/run the cub-rearing on this project and obviously she loves it!! and has been involved with the project for a number of years.

i cant personally comment on what it is like but one of our former keepers also went out for a month and seemed to have a good time too

Im a massive believer in environmental volunteering so i say go for it!
