we use a small independant family firm for cremations and they provide us with a very good service - its just the clinical waste, the company we use now are just not reliable and charge the earth - but thanks for the replies so far

We use willowhaven and have done for many years. They do a deals if you get them to do all your cremations too - ie for every individual cremation done (for which they invoice the client for rather than us) we get money off our bill so tends to be very good value

we use PCS and they are pretty reliable, our account manager is really good, coming to see us regularly

Barring some initial problems a number of years ago (mainly due to a driver who did not last very long), I cant recommend CPC highly enough. Our account manager is always contactable and is always helpful with the most obscure of enquiries. Not necessarily the cheapest but for the peace of mind they give well worth it.
