In text reference: (surnames of authors, year published). If three or more use (first surname et al, year)

End reference: these should be in alphabetical order.

Surnames of authors. (year published) title of article/chapter. Book/journal title. Publisher. Place of publishing.

&lt;p&gt;The new BSAVA nursing manual has a whole chapter on care plans and the Orpet and Welsh Handbook of Veterinary Nursing has much info on this too. &amp;nbsp;Otherwise there is reams and reams of human literature on care plans.&lt;/p&gt;
