This is working out very expensive (£22 for 12 tins lasting 6 days), any ideas of a cheaper alternative

Re: Eukanuba Diet alternative
I'm trying to work out what a TLI is...I can only think of the blood test for Trypsin Like Immunoreactivity.
It turns out that TLI is some sort of blood tests and I was being an idiot!! I've always thought it was some sort of operation when its being discussed by other students at college!!! Oops! Willows thinks the dog has inflammatory bowel disease and have said she can have dry version if neccessary so I will give that a go
hehehe, TLI is the test that is run to rule in/out Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) which is usually treated with pancreatic enzymes (such as pancrex or lypex)

You can try the dry version or for IBD we will normally use a hypoallergenic diet of some description (RCW hypo/Hills ZD both available in dry or wet) initially to see if there is a response to it, more often than not will need to go on steroids though

Re: Eukanuba Diet alternative
Willows are very helpful and i am sure if you call them to ask to discuss it they will be more than happy to give alternatives.

If as you think though, it is just a bland diet they need then you could call whoever you deal with (Royal Canin/Hill) to see if they can suggest alternative.
