&lt;p&gt;I created my own &amp;#39;crib list&amp;#39; of things to check - the top-to-tail check - with reminders of when to refer to the vet.&lt;/p&gt;

My fiancee has bought for me as he knows I like doing nurse consults. It breaks the consults down to different ones such as the weight check etc. Have a look in to that one.
