Does any one have any ideas for hand wash that is more sensitive but still effective?

Sorry, I&amp;#39;ve just read this back and it sounds wrong - 

You can get Demastel but you can also get Dermastel handwash with moisturiser. Don&amp;#39;t forget to moisturise often as dry skin can harbour bacteria esp dry skin around fingernails!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
