As well as used in the treatment of seizures, it is suggested for treatment of neuropathic pain, particulary if not sensitive to opoid analgesics. It is&nbsp;advisable to check renal function prior to using Gabapentin, should be cautious to use in patients with renal impairment or severe hepatic disease. </p> <p>I&#39;m not sure regarding Clomipramine, but maybe someone else can answer that one for you :)</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
