They are recomending Gabapentin and Clomipramine. 
 I have not used these drugs much in practice and not at all on cats. &lt;p&gt;He is only 4 and in good health otherwise but a bit concerned about putting him on such medication for the rest of his, hopefully, long life.&lt;/p&gt;

As well as used in the treatment of seizures, it is suggested for treatment of neuropathic pain, particulary if not sensitive to opoid analgesics. It is&amp;nbsp;advisable to check renal function prior to using Gabapentin, should be cautious to use in patients with renal impairment or severe hepatic disease. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure regarding Clomipramine, but maybe someone else can answer that one for you :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
