Not used before but got a colleague interested in the Level 2 Animal Care - she is signing up for it v. soon (there's a huge discount on the fees incentive). We looked at review.com and read feedback reviews from existing and former students - reports are, in the greater part, very positive when it works well and the student puts in enough effort! Some students moaned about lack of tutor / mentor support (by e-mail) but others raved about it.

Wish us luck!
