&lt;p&gt;Not sure on the loan part, but from a degree pov, different universities will accept equal qualifications from other countries, for example a girl in my class was from&amp;nbsp;Singapore, and did all her education there before coming here specifically for the degree, so its def worth emailing the uni you are interested in and seeing what they accept &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Happy_smiley.png" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
