Written guidance on training and qualification - awarding body handbook and information fro your VNAC will cover most of this

A job description for student nurses - usually in your contract of employment. Check these for SVNs

Written procedure for maintenace of a surgicall clean theatre - you will need SOPS (standard operating procedures) for this, isolation, packing lab samples and a couple of other areas

You may have alot of this already but ist not too difficult to get hold of.
Apologies if this sounds like a bit of an advert, but TP (Training Practice) Congress is coming up on 18-19 March 2013, and quite a few of your questions will get answered there. Plus, with a great turnout of clinical coaches you can probably find out a great deal about best practice or good tips for coaching students!

Timings of the lectures may change but the subjects and speakers are confirmed.

Kind regards,
