I delegate to other qualified nurses ..so for example if I am snowed under with things to do I might ask another nurse to undertake a task..or in the case of less experienced qualified nurses I have often delegated . Hope that helps

Done - I was a bit confused by the delegation of something to a qualified vet nurse as that is what I am so wouldn't delegate to myself.... but just put the ones that I would delegate and who to. Good luck!

Also, devils advocate, what is an 'experienced veterinary nurse' I am an experienced RVN, are you taking about experienced VCA's? What happened to the campaign to protect the title VN?
