I am now in my final year of university so that means the dreaded dissertation! :( I am completing my dissertation on owners compliance in administering medication, my ultimate goal is to use these results to find why owners don't continue

Re: Dissertation Questionnaire

Done.

Some feedback if you'd like it? . . . please bin if not!!!

You frequently give the option '1-5' in your questions and then don't number the answers... it didn't matter as the options were clearly defined though so no biggie! Sorry for being too picky?!?!? BAD Ali...

I felt that you could have put in a question of physical ability (inability) to finish (or start) a course of medication? Similarly, for mental capacity (e.g. memory). I have had many elderly or disabled clients who just cannot open a bottle of Metacam (myself included at one point in my life) or a 'child-proof' bottle cap, people with visual impairments who cannot read the titchy tiny instructions for use / dosing instructions, the problems of cutting up tablets into the required dose, physical difficulty in holding/handling their pet to administer the medication....I could go on!.... The problem has impacted on a) the choice of medication and/or b) the written / verbal instructions needed and of course whether the course was completed.

It is a great survey as it's enabled me to propound on a subject close to my 'standing on a big soap box and shouting' heart. THANKS!!!
