We should be able to say if there was an obvious fracture on the XRay but take care not to diagnose. So we should be logging the quality of the XRay not what was shown on it. HTH.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Though having thought about this does&amp;nbsp;recording what the x-ray is actually showing other than whether the picture is good, does that count as diagnosing? hmm&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That&amp;#39;s what I thought but my CC says it&amp;#39;s&amp;nbsp;actually&amp;nbsp;recording what was seen eg Fracture, etc Confused. Will have to ask a college tutor.&lt;/p&gt;
