hehe, yes it makes sense to me Carolyn as the forms are on so many different computers at work, at least this way, i will have them all in one place!

We have seperate ones for bitch/cat spay, dog/cat castration and a general post-op care when pet has had sedation/ga. I am happy to get them uploaded this week May have to enlist your help with that though Carolyn!!

Would love to add mine, I will find them out at work and try to pop them up in the next few days. Comments on how I can improve them would be very much welcome - I write them all myself!

Yup any leadflets you give out to your clients to go into client care leaflets would be great please. Then folks can add theirs and/or download what they do not have.

I've got dog, cat & rabbit vaccination; bandage care & choosing insurance - Not sure if they're what you want. Working on rabbit care & parasite control at the moment.
