It&amp;#39;s got a timer function and the pan size is pretty generous compared to the ones manufactured in the late 90&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There&amp;#39;s a model up, the 257, with s a seperate dispenser for putting in your sultanas etc so they get automatically emptied into the dough after it&amp;#39;s proven as you would by hand.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am going to put mine to the ultimate test this xmas and bung in some Stollen! Last year I made too big a batch and my arms were ruined with all the kneading!
