One if offered by SJStraining and the other by College of Animal Welfare.
Or if anyone is doing either

Re: Level 2 Certificate/Diploma

Hi, Oconnoanan! http://caw.ac.uk/courses/vn/vcadl2.aspx is the webpage with full details. From a functional point of view, both the Animal Care Assistant and the Veterinary Care Assistant can be used if you're looking to get your science requirements for the L3 diploma. Practically speaking, the VCA (at CAW) has a strong practical component and you've got a year to do it in. I'm afraid I have no personal experience with the ANA course so can't tell you about that. The students who have completed our VCA have tended to like it.

http://blog.caw.ac.uk/index.php/caw-news/life-as-a-veterinary-care-assistant/ is a blog interview with a VCA. (At the time it was the National Certificate, it's now a Level 2 Diploma.)

Cheers,
