 I&amp;#39;m FINALLY an RVN and on the register. Whoop. However, I&amp;#39;m struggling with what to expect from my job now regarding salary. BVNA did a survey which I&amp;#39;m sure you find online with the average across the country. However in my experience it depends on your boss, I&amp;#39;ve always been able to discuss salary and pay increases but this is down to the individual. Plus I&amp;#39;m a clinical coach and didn&amp;#39;t get paid anymore! As a newly qualified in theory you should be entitled to an increase but its not always the case! You&amp;#39;re best to discuss it with your boss and of you already have a good relationship it should work in your favour :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
