&lt;p&gt;Firstly, everyone has been there. All vets and nurses have been where you will be for the first few months so don&amp;#39;t worry and don&amp;#39;t panic. Just be honest and always ask for help if you need it. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I see baby vets often as a Head Nurse and new nurses that I train all like rabbits caught in headlights! We all have to start somewhere and build up our experience and knowledge. Even after eight years in practice, I still learn something new everyday! &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Happy_smiley.png" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
