As a trainee (in stripes) I wear white, as black would look a bit out of place. :P I do also own a bottle cardigan, too.

Re: Wearing sleeves?

[quote user="Steph Smith BSc(hons) RVN"]

Haven't thought about long sleeves and the relation to hygiene before. We are allowed to wear tops under out tunics at work, including long-sleeved, but the main issue with our practice principal is "appearance" - it is preferred that we don't wear jumpers/long sleeved tops unless they cannot be seen sticking out, however it gets so cold we all wear them - I have been looking for dark green/blue 3/4 length tops for staff - but can't find any! If anyone knows somewhere to get these from I'd greatly appreciate it. Have scoured the net looking.

I get my long sleeved tops from Primark for about £2, pretty sure they do 3/4 as well. Cheap and do the job, come in all colours.

I also agree with long sleeves feeling like a protection against angry cats. I feel like I have my shields up when I pull them down, LOL.

Re: Wearing sleeves?

Haven't thought about long sleeves and the relation to hygiene before.
