I'm sure you probably don't need to however we are a new practice so don't have the same amount of procedures.

We don't normally find the need to resterilise. Our less commonly used instruments aren't sterilised until the day before we need them and we get enough operations that we tend to go through everything before the date runs out. But it'd probably be three months if we had to do it.

We redo ours every three months. They are kept in cupboards or in sealed container units.
