I&amp;#39;ve been trawling through the NPL for the last half hour to find &amp;quot;place iv catheter&amp;quot; and I can&amp;#39;t find it anywhere. Any ideas as to where it is anyone?

&lt;p&gt;Bit odd to be under critical and emergency care - we put them in most &amp;nbsp;GA patients and for all PTS cases; hardly any of them are emergencies or critical. Oh well........&lt;/p&gt;
