If you don't have one conveniently scheduled, our Leeds centre runs one - bit far for you but Leonie's a dynamite teacher and our CC's really seem to like her. :)

Re: Experiences of being a Clinical Couch!

I have done this for the first time and have found there to be a lot of repetition on NPL. One example was holding for examination (dog, cat & exotic) - i took this to mean competent at holding for various reasons and only months later found in another section there was one for holding for blood sample when these had been included in the other one.

the guidance notes have not been that helpful but as of this new term, it will change from RCVS to one of two other awarding bodies. the one i will have to swap my student to looks better (Central Qualifications).

hope this helps

Thought it might be like a backseat role where you give advice - its not a bad descriptor! 'Coach' might look better on your cv though :-)

Re: Experiences of being a Clinical Couch!

lol....thanks for correcting me...maybe a dictionary may come to good use!

Re: Experiences of being a Clinical Couch!

Hopefully you'll be more of a clinical coach, than a clinical couch potato.
