&lt;p&gt;If you are not going through an agency there is no difference really than going direct yourself other than the practice saves agency fees. &amp;pound;13 an hour sounds fair as does charging more for weekends and OOH.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you want to commit to less of a term with the practice then you could do that but also the practice may decide to find another locum who can work the full term.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
