Oh well, resits in November it is.

Good luck Sarah, we will hopefully pass soon and then we will be able to have a life again!!!

Everyday gets better, I think I get more frustrated by some people that passed and they are out every weekend getting smashed and dont put the effort in!

I was due to sit my practicals 30th nov-2nd dec. Well at least I can now enjoy my 30th bday which is on the 29th nov!

I have my re-takes in OCT-NOV so hopefully I will pass and can then take my practicals in March. (Fingers crossed)

Scotlass I can so relate to you, I finish work then I go straight on my computer and do NPL. I have no life and I am exhausted! I have around 50% left of my NPL. At my college we are only allowed to do practicals if our NPL is complete and we have passed the paper 3.

My NVQ 2 AnP paper I passed 3rd time, so We will get there.

Sarah

I have practicals in september and now resits in November. I know the end is near but the thought of studying all the time again is really depressing me, I studied really hard for paper 2 especially, so I dont really know what else I can do, it is so difficult to fit everything in with working full time and on call aswell, I just want to sleep when I get home. Tired, depressed and stressed out!!!! is it really worth it??

Re: Gutted
I failed my RCVS Paper 3 exam, by 6%!

Just feel so stressed and run down at the moment over all the Assignments, NPL, revising, worrying about the 3 other RCVS exams that have to be sat at college and practicals. Oh and to top it off I have been told I have to sit a key skills exam in information technology as I am government funded.

Just feel so low at the moment as I am constantly tired and feel exhausted.

Will just have to pick myself up and re sit in November

Sarah

Sorry to hear thta, try not to stress though break it all down, I did the IT thing and you litrally just follow the instructions you cant go wrong. The assignments, as long as you talk about most of the learning outcomes then you will pass. (Orpit and jeffries care plan is straight forward and simple, a great one to use) NPL write down every animal you deal with then at the end of the day you can sit down and scroll through what you can cover with them it will all come together in the end, dont loose heart xxx

Re: Gutted
The best students pass second time ;)
Hell yes - me too! *Spectacularly* failed my lab practical the first time round!

Re: Gutted

The best students pass second time ;) I say that because I failed my practicals first time round and it is soul destroying to fall so close to the end BUT you know what to expect from the paper next time! The course is challenging but I like to think they deliberately make it that way to produce the best graduates at the end of it. Brush yourself off and try again, you will get there before you know it :)

Re: Gutted

I'm sorry to hear that. It's awful revising for the exams, so stressful as well as balancing a full time job.

Stick at it, I failed all my internal exams and still believe I fluked my RCVS ones!

Think positive, when you get there it's all worth it!

Chin up and good luck!
