She had both wet and dry food (mainly because she refused to drink anything) and were advised to try Chappie. She had chappie with a small amount of Tesco mixer in the morning, 2 small bonio shape biscuits for 'lunch' and then a small amount of chappie for dinner at 6pm. Theory was she had the higher calorie meal in the morning and had the whole day to burn it off.

We did all commit to it as a family and she stayed at 9kg for the rest of her life.

If your family won;t commit then threaten them with how much bills are for diabetes, what it would involve, or heart meds- the general public don't know the true price of drugs because of the nhs.

Would it be better if you took them and her along to her vets to get advice? Maybe if they heard it from someone else it would have an effect?
