 The care plans do I have to do a seperate care plan for each of the disorders and topics or can I combined them over a few cases. As some cases may cover a few topics etc.

I think the care plan is holistic, therefore you concentrate on the patient rather than the condition/s it has. So if you had a cat in with hyperthyroidism and it had been in an RTA, you would think about possible injuries but you would have to think that the stress levels in this patient may be higher than others and you would work hard to reduce the stress and consider any possible complications resulting from this. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
