I'd say entropian is the most common eye surgery we see at our 1st opinion practice.

I work in a normal practice and would say entropion, chalazion and enucleation.

Have to write up procedure and just getting a feel for what people are seeing commonly in practice.

In the first opinion practice I worked in, 3rd eyelid flaps and (rarely) cherry eye ops. (reducing the prolapsed tear gland.) (I did two entropion ops in 2 years, so not particularly common where I happened to be. it's a very satisfying op to do!)

We are a referral practice too and most common two procedures tend to be Keratectomys and pedicle grafts both for corneal ulcers. Then entropian and distachiasis surgeries would be next on the list

Being from an opthalmology referral practice we see -

entropion, ectropion, cherry eye, corneal repairs, ecp's, phaco's, enucleations, parotid duct transpositions, dermoids etc
