Everytime I get visions of chasing the poor dog around with a shovel!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lots of people think chips have some sort of GPS in them, and we&amp;#39;ve had a few who have been really surprised that the animal has to be scanned in order to have their chip number identified.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had a lady in a few days ago who is doing a direct claim, it&amp;#39;s her first pet and also her first claim. When I knew she was going to be claiming direct I asked her to pay the excess, of which she swore she had no knowledge of, that no-one had ever mentioned an excess from the insurance company - and whats the point of insurance if I have to pay &amp;pound;50 every time the dog is ill? &lt;p&gt;Man comes in to collect his dogs insulin, i start walking to get it from fridge and he says &amp;quot;I have to go to the toilet, it&amp;#39;s urgent, otherwise i&amp;#39;ll do what Scooby does&amp;quot; (which is pee all over the floor!)!&amp;nbsp; More information than i wanted to know thanks!!!!&amp;nbsp; There were other odd ones throughout the day too.&amp;nbsp; I think the nice weather is bringing them out of the woodwork!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
