most of the ads anywhere for vetnurses never give a salary range, an ad that gives a salary range is a rarity not the norm - but I suppose you could be lucky and light on one

Some practices in London pay the London Weighting allowance too.

i think 17-18k is ave depending on area. i wouldnt take less than that x

I'm about to go back in to vn'ing after a 7 yr break and I am in a small animal practice starting salary of 17k. Which I didn't think wa too bad.
