I think the fact that you are worried about being a good nurse, will help you become a good nurse! You care enough to beat yourself up about it! As long as your honest with your potential employers regarding your strengths and weaknesses and that you feel you might need some support until you find your feet, I don't see your lack of experience as being a problem.

Hey! I felt like this too at first. But, you will be fine. As Sal said, you have passed your exams, so you DO have the theory, it's the practical side that you need to gain more confidence in, and you will do this when you start working.

Are you looking for work in the UK now, or are you still in Canada? If it is in the UK, where abouts specifically are you looking for work?

well if you have just passed your exams isnt that telling you that your knowledge is ok? The rest comes with time and experience, same as learning to drive and passing the test - its only after you have done it by the book that you find your own way of doing things.
