So thought that If anyone is interested in his case see www.savelennox.co.uk and http://boycottbelfast.com

Re: Save lennox

If its the same law as over here the dogs are temperament tested fairly quickly, its the appeals that take years, hence why the dog has been kenneled for so long. I cant speak for this specific case but here they are tested within a few days of being seized, this may be dependant on area.

If they fail the temperament test then the dog has to be euthanaised as it is deemed dangerous, if it passes it can be neutered tattoo'd and returned to the owner where it must be muzzled and on a lead at all times.

Obviously its very sad that they are PTS even when they have done nothing wrong but on the other hand they are illegal and if you own a 'type' dog your better off getting it tested, neutered and tattoo'd yourself then you wont end up losing your dog.

Re: Save lennox

Interesting; after keeping the dog in a kennel for 2 solid years, and their expert claims the dog is "unpredictable"?
