Anistel is Trigene. Only the name/label has changed and only Tristel can make this claim as the owner of the formulation of Trigene. The product has been made at our factory in Newmarket since July 2009 and nothing has been altered. The MSDS will look slightly different as they have been brought up to date for REACH compliancy rather than the old CHIP3/4 regulation.

Please post your email/number or contact mail@tristel.com and we will send you the MSDS and Statement of Manufacture that are openly available. If you would like a sample of Anistel for peace of mind that it is the new name for Trigene please contact us too.

Also look out for us at BVNA and London Vet Show.

Re: Trigene

How is anistel different from trigene then?
Why can't companies leave the activity formulation alone. Mind you - something that actually cuts through grease would be nice. Don't care about the smell - who cares?? The only time you notice it is when you walk in immediately afterwards.
Anistel (Trigene) is available from all of the major wholesalers and also directly from Tristel 01638 721500. There is still some Trigene stocks left in various fragrances at the wholesalers and this will be replaced with Anistel. The formulation is exactly the same and the only difference is a new name on the label.

We have manufactured Trigene since July 2009 and will continue to supply the veterinary market with the leading high level surface disinfectant under the new name of Anistel.

Look out for the new Apple fragrance that joins Lemon, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Citrus and Non-fragranced.

Re: Trigene

Hi Vanessa,

Anigene is a completely different product. It is a different formulation to Anistel (Trigene) and recommended to be used at 1:50. By working at a lower dilution you will need to use twice as much as Anistel (Trigene) or risk not being fully covered against parvo, calici, kennel cough, mrsa etc.

I'm sure the Veterinary industry will be pleased to know that the remaned Anistel (Trigene) product is now 25% cheaper than when it was called Trigene as we no longer have a distributor for the range and can happily pass these savings on to the end users.

There will more posts and info posted shortly. We are also advertised in Vet Practice, the Veterinary Nurse and VN Times.

Re: Trigene

Hi all,

I can confirm that the new name for Trigene Advance is Anistel. Tristel have been manufacturing the Medichem range of products for the last 3 years and we are now going through a re-branding exercise.

The only product on the market which has the Trigene Advance formulation is Anistel. It has the same dilutions, efficacy, health and safety etc. but with a reduction in price!

Don't be fooled by any other companies claiming that their product is the same as Trigene.

Feel free to contact me directly on 07867 457 384 or stewartgilmour@tristel.com where I will be more than happy to send you MSDS sheets, efficacy testing, price list etc.

All the other brands are now as follows:

Anistel = Trigene Advance

Enzystel = Medizyme

Medistel = Meddis

Airstel = Airgene

Dermastel = skin scrub brands such as Medihex-4, Mediscrub
Nursing Hands etc.

Odostel = Odogene

Also, we are on Twitter @Anisteluk and Facebook. Check out our website as well www.anistel.com
