I think I have this sussed!!! I've just sent Graham out to get one of those "executive" folders - the expanding one with 26 pockets in it - cos I've got major OCD about this and they all have to be in alphabetical order!!

Then certificate is going in the folder with the receipt paper clipped to the long side & they're not getting caught on each other anymore!! All I have to do is take folder along to meeting and when people sign in, look up the alphabet and there is their certifcate & receipt!!

I feel much better now!

Fi, would polypockets be an idea? They aren't too expensive. I sometimes use them for BVNA certificates etc.

Hub caught me throwing my vn certs into the bin when they arrived years ago, he went nuts l said well what do you want me to do with them? Apparently people keep them so now l hand any cpd stuff or exam to him and say sort it or l bin it.
