I would expect&amp;nbsp;that a vet should be able to do basic neutering but there&amp;#39;s a large&amp;nbsp;number of newly qualified vets I&amp;#39;ve seen that still need someone scrubbed in with them for a cat spay, why is this acceptable but not for nurses to still need a bit of guidance?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m obviously aware that nurses get a lot more time within practice during training than vets do but seriously, every practice does things slightly differently and even every vet within a practice will sometimes have a different way of working and different attitude to the same task. Are we supposed to be perfect AND telepathic??
