&lt;p&gt;I have area assessments - so risk assessments for prep, theatre etc etc. Risk assessments for cleaning protocols, use of equipment is dental machine, xray and the chemicals. So you have to have what protective equipment and procedures are in place. I also have a list of data sheets for medicine groups, a list of medicines we have in practice and a risk assesment for drug use! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Very very tedious but of all my H&amp;amp;S folders COSHH takes up a whole one on its own. It passed the RCVS inspection though!&lt;/p&gt;
