we have FB pages for all our branches and also a Twitter page but they're rarely used. I unliked all our FB pages a while back but I follow our Twitter page and it's very under used. I'm sure it could be used a lot more if someone else was in charge of it rather than on of the partners, I just don't think he has the time.

We have a FB page, and find that clients love it. We put allsorts on there, photos of what we're doing that day (clients are suckers for a cute post op pic) also we put special offers on there, updates of any strays we've homed etc. We're quiet an informal practice, which most of our clients like, so we also put requests for cake and funny anacdotes on there too. We like to entertain aswell as inform!! i think it makes clinics seem more friendly and trust us with their beloved pets more.

Also lots of clients post on our page too. If people like FB then they'll use it!

HI all, this definitely works. Try and get the same name for both such as facebook.com/anisteluk and twitter.com/anisteluk so it is easy to communicate. Both sites have guidelines as to how you can use their logos in your advertising and on literature.

We don't have twitter just a facebook page which our practice manager sorts out. Not much help im afraid!
