&lt;p&gt;I know some do a &amp;quot;Pet of the month&amp;quot; or similar which i like as it means people nose back to see who it is each month!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maybe also a bit of generalised information on why we vaccinate, what you vaccinate against, bit about neutering and different ops and species etc. Just so they can have a reference point too. This si just extra though maybe for once you are up and running.&lt;/p&gt;

You should have contact details, email address that is frequently checked, staff bio with pictures; some prices of what you do (consult fees, vaccinations, etc.) and a map and directions on how to find you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A good practice website tells a visitor what you are, who you are, why you&amp;#39;re special, and why they should come to you. Answer those 4 points and it&amp;#39;s a good website. :)&lt;/p&gt;
