As a matter of fact, how about this? The College of Animal Welfare is looking for distance learning tutors - it's not office based; work in your own time. It's to support the VCA distance learning course. This does not have to be your primary job.

That said, if this isn't your cup of tea, definitely look at job boards on the other colleges as well - a vet nurse colleague of mine does part time teaching at Canterbury College, for instance - she's a helluva clinical coach and that got her noticed.
