after reading this think il get the Vfit cross trainer as we have the Vfit bike and a reebok treadmill but i have to agree with an earlier post that ive been having knee porblems even with the treadmill and theyre cushioned! and im only 20 but the Vfit bike is good for your legs deffo so think il have a look at the cross trainer

I've got a Wii Fit...it would work better if i used it more! I enjoy it just don't get round to it most of the time. Did it for an hour yesterday and now my stomach muscles are feeling a tad sore, so did some good i hope, along with walking the dog for 2 hours.

I wanna come I would rather go to a dance class than a gym anyday, running is soooooooooooooooooooooo boring, at least dancing you can enjoy yourself as well.

I have looked in my area for latin american classes, but they are all so far away, I used to do dancing as a kid but the lady who taught me is probably dead now.

Hubby bought me the Strictly dance dvd for part of my xmas, but sadlt it is still in the wrapping...... note to self , put it in the dvd

I have the V-Fit one from argos cost about £93. Have used it lots it's great and really works, have had it about a month and use it at leat 3 times a week, i cancelled my gym membership coz i had to buy a new car so with my first qual. vn wage i bought a cross trainer!!! xxx

I agree about the Wii Fit. Brilliant fun for people who don't like exercise. I also have a stepper - good cardiovascular workout whilst watching TV - only around £25 from Amazon.

I started running last year but stopped because my knee started playing up (despite having trainers fitted in a running shop) and then the clocks changed so it was too dark and I'm a bit of a scaredy pants when it comes running on my own in the dark - the dog just makes me jump everytime she runs out of the hedge! Anyway because of my knee I thought I might get a cross trainer because its low impact, I'll still get out the door and run but not every day, hopefully my knee will last a bit longer this time round.

The thought of starting from square one again where I cant even run a mile is a bit depressing but i guess its gotta be done!

buy the book - the 60 second secret plan - some decent trainers and start running.

i did this last yeat - i have now lost 4 stone and am due to run the london marathon in 6 weeks!

changed my life!!!

forget a cross trainer buy a wii fit, just got one and im adicted already lost half stone in a week brill!!!!
