Maybe contact your local college first... get an idea of the training they give clinical coaches... it's usually a day of training...

As far as job descriptions go - Looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurses with Clinical Coach training - would do it for me...

Might be worth while getting the clinical coach before getting the student ;-)

Hi Hayleigh - unfortunately training practices are in notoriously short supply. Good luck finding one, be assertive, but possibly a little less aggressive? I understand that you're willing to do anything - but a lot of students are in the same situation.
