I have spent a fortune on books for my diploma! I know of some people that have not spent a penny and then ask if they can borrow other peoples, that really annoys me, as do lazy people and people who get extensions because they cant be arsed to do it in the time allotted by the RCVS! I am working my butt off to get it done in the 2 years and I cant wait till am finished! I might be able to actually have a life then, I wont know what to do with my free time! not long now though, NPL almost done and practicals in September, not looking forward to them, I think I will have a nervous breakdown on the day haha x

Re: Need help with anesthetic monitoring charts

I have to agree with all the above posts, surely you should have known that things like this were going to be required if you had looked at your assignments while you were in practice?!?! I knew exactly what was needed when I was doing my portfolio, so I knew if a suitable case came in that I could use.

You will have to use your initiative and arrange to go into practice for a few days to get what you need.

Re: Need help with anesthetic monitoring charts

I must say i am amazed at the amount of students coming on here asking for other peoples work to "help" them complete their own. Sure ask for advice but dont be so damn lazy and do your own work. It is illegal to copy somone elses and quite frankly highly rude to expect somone who put time and effort into their own work to expect them to basically do yours for you too.

Sorry for the rant but im getting fed up of seeing posts like this every week

Re: Need help with anesthetic monitoring charts

If you've completed them in placement before then couldn't you contact your placement and ask them for a copy of one you actually did? Either that or I think you have to do what Chanel Clydesdale said and see if you can get fit in somewhere for a few days.

It's definitely not on to be asking for other people's work.

Re: Need help with anesthetic monitoring charts

Maybe if its due in a couple of weeks you will be able to wangle a placement for a few days in order for you to complete these....

Re: Need help with anesthetic monitoring charts

You can't use other peoples work to show how YOU can monitor the anaesthetics. The whole point of providing completed charts is to show how YOU completed them and these have to be based of patients that YOU have assisted with. Sorry to be blunt but every singe qualified nurse on this site has worked hard to complete the course and pass the exams off their own merit....not anyone elses. You will have more satisfaction from completing this work yourself.

Re: Need help with anesthetic monitoring charts

I know how to complete the charts as i have monitored anesthetics before . i just need some actual examples. Probably best to wait until your on placement as hopefully you will be doing these things anyway x
