just state a case ID number or put whatever you use to provide case authencicity, include which nursing model was used and a brief description of the case, you can reference the hospitalisation sheets and client record as evidence, your clinical coach will sign you as competent when you claim as they should have observed you with this case and be happy you nursed it correctly, you do not need to write a lot, a good guide for how much to write is to write enough for the cc to read before the box disappears

if you have written an assignment for any of the other conditions just reference the assignment as evidence.

maybe I am being a little stupid here......it is an NPL element so dont need to 'write' anything as such just log your patient details and a breif note in reflective account about what neuro things were wrong in the case and what species.

can i ask if this is a first or second year assignment? I am helping student with SAVN16 and that is a nightmare enough without having to do this one too!
