Hey, I had to sign one when I started and it was pretty much the same contract for a VN just altered slightly to fit in with SVN

I can't answer for your specific situation, but I had a word with our TP help desk, and essentially a TP contract is a list of things the VNAC expects you to do, and the things you expect the VNAC to do for you.

Everyone will be a little different - but to use CAW as an example, in our contract, we promise to support you, you promise to support the student, you promise to have a clinical coach, we promise to train your clinical coach, you promise to adhere to our training standards, and we help make sure you reach them. (this is an extremely general overview, but our contract isn't supposed to be a trick question or trip you up in ANY way.)

Again, I can't offer specific advice on your situation, but Training Practices aren't there to be taken advantage of. A VNAC's goal is to train students, and TP's are an incredibly important part of that goal.

I am looking for the same thing as we getting ready for our I spectrum to become a tp. I would also love some help. Thanks x
