problem is, i cant rmember that either steph... cant find membership card either... im so rubbish, lol. Havent got round to phoning or emailing them yet... Ill probs wait till after my exams now.

no probs - I just find it interesting not just in this instance that one of last things people consider these days is picking up the phone? I realise it isnt always the solution but for me it is because it usually gets me the answer I want a lot quicker ( plus its quicker for me to ask a lot of questions than it is for me to tap them out) - as I say I am old fashioned or maybe I just like to hear a voice

True Sal... Just wanted to do online rather than be on hold on phone trying to sort things out. Easier for me to do online around my work shifts as well. lol. Not finding excuses not to call, just i couldnt at time, lol
