Seems so silly to me as surely of id done both i could recommend the best diet available as at the moment i know more about hills so I&amp;#39;m obviously going to support that diet! I&amp;#39;ve done the hills one and wish I could find more but there&amp;#39;s a serious lack of nutrition cpd available. You can a pack of booklets and do an exam at the end. I thought it was really good, I have level 1, decided not to continue to a higher level just at the moment. &lt;/p&gt;
