Don't forget you will be doing a lot of overtime work. Practice management is definitely an OOH position...the vets and nurses have a rota, but you are always the port of call for when things go belly up. It's challenging, interesting, and can be mind numbingly boring and tedious. Ever done anything like this? Have you ever shadowed the current pm to see what their workday is like? Money is a good question, but make sure the cup isn't contaminated by anything like lurking disasters... Good luck! :)
